The 2023 Les Romains is from a rare vineyard in the Vacheron white portfolio that is flinty rather than chalky. It is fresh and firm, with a sense of purpose, line and length. This is a citrus-led style with the sensation of a stone hitting flint to create the spark for a fire. The 2023 is young, raw and needs at least another year in bottle. Vinous Media 92
