Legal Age & Responsibility: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require the signature of an adult of legal drinking age. All wines are sold in California, and title passes to the buyer within the state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and for understanding and complying with the laws of their state regarding alcohol importation.
