Return & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to deliver exceptional wines in pristine condition. Due to the unique nature of fine and rare wine, our policies are designed to protect the integrity of every bottle we handle.
General Return Policy Because wine is a perishable product and we cannot control its storage conditions after it leaves our facility, we do not accept returns on wine purchases. This policy ensures the provenance and quality of every bottle we offer. If you made an error while ordering, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
Pre-Arrival & Special Orders All sales of Pre-Arrival and Special Order wines are final. We do not accept cancellations on these items. While we provide estimated arrival dates, these are subject to change. Delays in shipment do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Payment Terms & Past Due Invoices All invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative terms have been arranged. Invoices that are more than 10 days past due may be cancelled without notice, and the 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Issues Upon Delivery If you receive a damaged shipment or believe there is an error with your order (e.g., wrong wine or vintage), please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wines that are over ten (10) years of age.
"Corked" Wine We take great care in sourcing wines with excellent provenance. However, the occasional bottle may be "corked" due to TCA, a natural anomaly beyond the control of any producer or merchant. As is standard in the fine wine industry, all wines are sold as-is. If you believe you have opened a flawed bottle, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, we appreciate the feedback.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure that an adult is available to sign for the delivery. Shipments that are refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a cancellation. You will be refunded for the cost of the wine, less all shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.
