Here too there is a pronounced coolness to the nose that is clearly Chablis in character with its array of oyster shell, iodine, petrol, citrus rind and Granny Smith apple aromas. There is better though not necessarily better mid-palate density to the delicious and almost painfully intense medium weight flavors that conclude in a bone-dry, balanced and impressively long finale. This is a terrific villages that is built-to-amply repay mid-term cellaring of at least 6 and perhaps as many as 10 years. Burghound 90-92
