The NV Brut Ros (2015) is magnificent. All the elements are so well-balanced. Soaring in its aromatic intensity, with marvelous brilliance and tons of depth, the Ros is immediately captivating right out of the glass. Orange peel, mint, crushed red berry, rose petal and cinnamon open in the glass. More than anything, what stands out about the Ros is its total sense of harmony. Disgorged: May 6, 2021.
