About Champagne Fleury
Founded in 1895 in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar, Champagne Fleury is one of the most influential grower-producers in modern Champagne.
The estate became a pioneer of organic viticulture in the 1970s and was among the first in Champagne to fully embrace biodynamic farming, beginning in 1992 under the leadership of Jean-Pierre Fleury. Long before sustainability became fashionable, the Fleury family was demonstrating that healthier vineyards produced more expressive wines.
Today, the estate is led by Jean-Sébastien Fleury, who continues the family's commitment to biodynamic farming and terroir-driven winemaking.
Known for Champagnes built around the character of Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, Fleury's wines are celebrated for their depth, maturity, generosity, and sense of place. More than three decades after its debut, Fleur de l'Europe remains one of the estate's most iconic cuvées and a benchmark for biodynamic Champagne.
