

Notes:
- Producer: Henri Dosnon is the second label of Champagne Dosnon, created by Davy Dosnon and named after his grandfather. The Dosnon family has lived in Ligney in the Côte des Bar for generations. While the flagship Dosnon wines are sourced from estate holdings, the Henri Dosnon range combines estate fruit with grapes purchased from neighboring growers in the Côte des Bar.
- Vineyard & Blend: Sourced from vineyards throughout the Côte des Bar, a subregion in southern Champagne known for its Kimmeridgian limestone soils, the same geological formation found in Chablis. The blend is predominantly Pinot Noir with approximately 10% Chardonnay. Vine age averages around 25 years.
- Winemaking: Grapes are hand harvested and pressed manually before fermentation in tank. The wine spends a minimum of 20 months on the lees before disgorgement and is finished with a dosage of approximately 9 g/L, placing it firmly in the Brut category.
- Technical Details: Champagne AOC, predominantly Pinot Noir with about 10% Chardonnay, 12% alcohol, 20+ months lees aging, 9 g/L dosage. The wine reflects the Côte des Bar's Pinot Noir-driven style, emphasizing fruit, minerality, and freshness.
- Food Pairing: Oysters, shrimp cocktail, fried calamari, roast chicken, sole meunière, salmon, soft cheeses, and charcuterie. The combination of bright acidity and moderate dosage makes it equally suited to aperitif service and the dinner table.
