This is arguably the spiciest wine in the range with its blend of poached plum, violet, black cherry, anise, sandalwood and dried orange peel nose. The racy and beautifully textured medium-bodied flavors brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract while displaying impressive power on the balanced and built-to-age finale. This isn't quite as long as the Cras but that may well change with bottle age. This is also terrific. Burghound 92-95 Sweet Spot
