Notes:

• Blend: 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. 

• Origin: From Grand Cru site in Verzy. 

• Vinification / Aging:

  • The base wines: ~80% vinified in stainless steel, ~20% in oak/barrel. 

  • Reserve wines make up ~20% of the blend; aged in foudre. 

  • Lees aging and minimal intervention (native yeasts, full malolactic) are part of the style.

• Dosage: Extra Brut

• Tasting Profile:

  • Appearance: Light yellow with golden reflections, fine bubbles. 

  • Aroma: Fresh & airy, notes of white fruit (pear, apple), acacia flower, honey, maybe brioche/toast. 

  • Palate: Crisp & lively attack, with richness and gourmand touches — citrus (lemon, grapefruit), brioche, minerality. Very balanced between freshness & indulgence.
