The 2023 Saint-Aubin En Remilly ler Cru comes from a slightly warmer mesoclimate as it is protected from the wind. This has a superb bouquet with much more tension and mineralité compared to the Chez Edouard. Plenty of energy here. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, crisp and taut, bright towards the saline finish with a tingle of spice on the aftertaste. Lovely. Neal Martin 93

Terroir: Just above Le Montrachet, bordering Chevalier-Montrachet, on a steep, south-facing slope with shallow, limestone-rich soil.
Viticulture: Sustainable, organic methods
Vinification: Crushed and pressed, settled overnight, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for an average of 24 months on the lees in 300 and 600 L barrels (mostly used), aged for an additional 6 months in tank, fined and filtered if necessary, SO2 only added during aging (typically after the first year).
