A completely different and more deeply pitched nose is comprised by notes of wild dark currant, poached plum and plenty of newly turned earth nuances. The medium-bodied flavors are not especially dense but they possess both good vibrancy and a beguiling texture while delivering good if not truly special persistence on the complex and balanced finale.
