An attractive ruby purple. The bouquet is beautiful, a really stylish aroma which is on the floral side of a fine fresh raspberry fruit. This is exquisitely balanced on the palate, with enough ripeness of fruit to be sensual, yet refined tannins providing a graceful structure. Pretty and persistent. It is an early site so maybe prefers this style of vintage. Drink from 2026-2031. Tasted: November 2022  Jasper Morris 92-94

A mildly toasty nose also speak of plum and dark berries but with more evident sauvage and earth components. The less imposing but notably finer medium weight flavors flash plenty of minerality on the beautifully textured, balanced and sneaky long finish. While constructed to reward up to a decade of keeping, this should be approachable after only 5-ish years if desired.  Burghound 90-93 Outstanding!
