This is quite spicy and with more sauvage character on the ripe yet very fresh dark berry fruit, earth and forest floor-scented nose. The markedly intense and even more mineral-driven larger-bodied flavors flash evident power on the detailed, focused and sneaky long finish that is youthfully austere, compact and serious. This is very much a classic LSJ and should age accordingly, which is to say easily a decade plus. Burghound 91 Outstanding!
