The 2019 Corton Les Grandes Lolières Grand Cru, a new fermage, is completely destemmed. It has a very well-defined nose of mineral-driven red berry fruit, quite focused and precise. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fleshy and rounded in the mouth, leading to a sweet, candied orange peel and allspice-tinged finish. Quite seductive for a Corton. Give it 3–4 years in bottle. Vinous Media 92+
