A subtly riper nose offers up very fresh liqueur-like aromas of plum, cassis and plenty of earth and sauvage nuances. The rich, intense and muscular flavors exhibit ample minerality as well as good power on the austere, serious and mouth coating finish. This is compact and backwards and is a wine that's going to require at least some bottle age before it will be reasonably approachable Burghound 92 Outstanding!
