Moderate reduction presently dominates the nose though the underlying fruit appears ripe and concentrated. There is a lovely sense of body and richness to the otherwise solidly well-delineated medium weight flavors that possess fine intensity along with excellent balance and persistence on the linear and saline-inflected finish. This is not as concentrated or muscular as the Poruzots but the palate impression is certainly finer and the mineral component is more pronounced as well. Burghound 91
