(Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Romane St. Vivant Grand Cru Red) Not surprisingly, this is the most elegant and the most complex wine in the range in 2010 with a highly spiced and exceptionally fresh nose of cool red currant and plum. The rich, refined and admirably pure middle weight flavors are supported and shaped by ultra-fine tannins that coat the mouth on the incredibly long finish. Despite the underlying tension, this is essentially a wine of finesse and harmony that should also age for a very long time if desired. Brilliant. (Drink starting 2025)93-96points
