Notes:
A fully mature nose is comprised by ripe and mostly secondary dark berry fruit aromas along with a whiff of the sauvage. There is good volume to the delicious and nicely vibrant middle weight flavors where a subtle minerality adds a sense of lift to the still mildly austere if lengthy and complex finale. This isn't super dense and there is a touch of warmth but overall, it's an appealing effort that is drinking perfectly now. Burghound 91 (Nov 2023)
