($130) Asphalt and tar, with lots of dry dark fruits on the nose. Full and very powerful, with layers of chewy tannins and masses of fruit. Really needs time to mellow and come together, but its all there. A blockbuster that is balanced and fabulous. Best after 2012. From Italy.J.S. Spectator 98
