Notes:
A fully mature nose features some secondary character to the now mostly dried orchard fruit, acacia blossom and soft citrus aromas that display a top note of exoticism. There is fine volume and mid-palate concentration to the delicious and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess fine length though perhaps not the impressive complexity that other vintages of this wine usually display. Note that I have had some bottle variation with some displaying excellent if not truly stunning complexity for a villages level wine and others seeming a bit one-dimensional. Burghound 90
