Tasting note: (with thanks to Dr. Reed Day). This remains exceptionally fresh and bright with the first hints of secondary development adding interest to the ripe orchard fruit notes and hints of pain grill giving way to detailed yet rich medium full flavors that are just now beginning to open though the finish remains focused and detailed if no longer firm. This is just now on the front edge of drinkability and it could easily be held for another year or two before drinking in earnest though there is enough development that it could certainly be enjoyed now.
