Then powerful and perfumed in the mouth, with brisk acids framing the fruit. Possesses a mineral grip that reminds me of Chambertin. Offers a compelling combination of sheer strength and elegance. Finishes very long, with dusty, fine tannins. Impressive, but also harder to taste today than the young 2002. 93 points
