Almost opaque with very intense black fruit and extremely dense yet elegant medium weight flavors. Quite structured and firm, even backwards at this point but with terrific potential. The old vines character is very apparent and the length is outstanding. This is a huge wine with big tannins yet everything is in balance and this should age for a long time. Burghound 91
