Description:
One of biggest wines I tasted on this entire trip with its 14.2% natural alcohol, massive tannins and superbly ripe, sweet fruit with prominent chocolate notes. While this is extremely tannic and robust there is plenty of fruit to balance it. The flavors are also enormously rich and the length is phenomenal. This is not a model of finesse and it is a bit four square but there is no doubting the impressive concentration and flavor authority. Burghound 91
