Armand Rousseau Chambertin Grand Cru 1995 bottle - Vins Rare

94 BH

Notes:

Tasting note: Big, rich, intense and robust aromas explode from the glass and lead to intense, full-bodied, and impressively scaled and dense flavors all wrapped in a wonderfully velvet finish. To be sure, this is no where near ready nor is it a cuddly wine as the structure and power suggest that this will very much take its sweet time coming around. That said, there is so much underlying material that I suspect it could surpass the incredible '96. This will evolve slowly and over many years. Burghound 94 points
