Pillot Bourgogne Hautes de Champs

One of my go-to Bourgogne Blancs is from Jean-Marc Pillot. I’ve been buying it for years because it consistently overdelivers for the price. It was pushing 80 degrees here in Ojai, one of those perfect afternoons, and a crisp, well-chilled Chardonnay was exactly what the patio called for.

Bright citrus with notes of lemon and lime, a medium body, and just enough richness to give it real presence across the palate.
