The NV Brut L'Hommée is ample and resonant, with striking textural richness that builds with time in the glass. Apricot, chamomile, dried flowers and light butter notes framed by a discreet touch of oak lead into the expansive finish in this creamy, inviting Champagne. L'Hommée is a blend of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Vrigny, Coulommes la Montagne, and Pargny les Reims. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: February, 2018. (reviewed November, 2018)

Based on the 2012 vintage, the NV Premier Cru Brut L'Hommée displays fine, fresh, pure, delicate and beautifully aromatic fruit and iodine aromas on the complex nose. On the palate, this is a very intense yet fine, elegant, very complex and persistent cuvée, a great mix of attractive and charming fruit with minerality that gives a strong and persistent structure. This is a striking wine, absolutely fabulous. Dosed with three grams per liter in September 2017. Drink 2018 - 2040. (reviewed August, 2018)
