Notes:
(from vines in Meursault). This is aromatically similar but with just a touch of wood influence. There is more volume still to the delicious, concentrated and sleeker flavors that, unusually for a Bourgogne, flash good power on the lingering, lightly austere and citrus-tinged finale. Mid lemon yellow. The faintest touch of coconut from the oak, but otherwise classical fruit from vines which flirt with the Meursault appellation. Les Vaux. Good acidity forms the backbone but the fruit is easily up to the job. Will need a little bit of bottle age. Drink from 2027-2029. Tasted Oct 2025. Jasper Morris
