• The “Cuvée des Crayères” is a non-vintage (NV) Champagne from the house of Éric Rodez, located in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay in the Montagne de Reims region.

• The blend is typically ~60 % Pinot Noir / 40 % Chardonnay. 

• It uses an assemblage of base wines from multiple vintages (in some editions 4-5 vintages or more) plus a significant component of reserve wines. 

• A portion (20-25% or more) of the wine is vinified in small oak barrels, adding structure and nuance.
