Cooler, and more restrained, aromas are comprised by notes of wet stone, citrus rind and pretty floral wisps that include acacia, carnation and rose petal. The finer and more precise, though not denser, middle weight flavors exude evident minerality on the sleek, detailed and balanced finale. I like the sense of harmony and this too should repay mid-term keeping. Burghound 91 Outstanding!
