Grown on classic argilo-calcareous soils in the southern Mâconnais, this 100% Chardonnay sees 8 months of aging on fine lees (50% stainless, 50% barrel), giving it terrific texture and vibrant energy. Aromatically, it offers gorgeous floral notes, citrusy orchard fruit, and a hint of classic Burgundy petrol peeking through. The palate is succulent and medium-weight, with a beautifully dry, youthfully austere finish that is exactly what I look for in white Burgundy. Serve it well-chilled — this is the perfect go-to white for summer and beyond.
