Here too there is enough wood influence present to mention on the pure and elegant nose of spicy floral, apple and ocean spray. I very much like the texture of the vibrant and stylish middleweight flavors that flash ample minerality on the youthfully austere and long finish where a touch of bitter lemon zest slowly emerges.
