Notes:

A markedly floral if restrained nose reluctantly offers up its combination of green apple, zest, quinine and shellfish. The rich, vibrant and beautifully detailed medium weight flavors that are notably more refined while delivering excellent persistence on the youthfully austere and saline-suffused finish. Another wine that stands out as an over-performer in this year's portfolio chez Servin is the 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless wine evocative of orange blossom, pear, green apple and iodine. Racy but enveloping, it's a charming classic.  William Kelly 92
