Notes:

A background whiff of menthol is present on the cool and equally airy aromas of white orchard fruit, iodine and oyster shell hints. The racy, saline and utterly delicious middleweight flavors also exude evident salinity on the bone-dry, citrusy and tightly wound finale. This fine effort is really quite stylish though one that will definitely need at least some patience.  Burghound 90-93 Outstanding!

Pretty and charming, the 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre bursts with aromas of orange blossom, peach, white flowers, citrus zest and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's a giving, expressive wine that concludes with a saline finish.  William Kelley 92
