Notes:

There is a curious somewhat candied aspect to the otherwise fresh and bright aromas of lemon-lime and green fruit. The vibrant and impressively rich, even generous middleweight flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel while displaying good minerality on the solidly persistent finish. I can't say whether the mildly candied aspect of the nose will dissipate with a few years of bottle aging, but my guess is that it ultimately will.  Burghound 90
