The Felix family has been farming in this northern Burgundian region for countless centuries, and at the current site of the family farmstead since 1692. Father Herve, his wife Marie-Claire, and son Olivier farm mineral and stoney Sauvignon Blanc in Saint-Bris, salty and bracing Chardonnay in Côte d'Auxerre and the slopes of Chablis, and their dense, floral and haunting Pinot Noirs from old vines in Irancy and Auxerre.
