Aromatically, this 2020 features a combination of botanicals and spices that remind one of a great gin-and-tonic, with richer supporting notes of candied almond and nougat. Simultaneously mouth-filling and driving, “Steve” leaves you smacking your lips, salivating, and reaching for the nearest hunk of cheese or meat.
