Notes:

This is aromatically similar to the Perrières with just a touch more citrus influence. There is though more volume and richness to the bigger-bodied, dense and even more powerful flavors that coat the palate with sappy dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm acid spine supporting the clean, dry and youthfully austere finale. This is less refined but offers both slightly better depth and persistence.  Burghound 92 Outstanding Top Value!
