Notes:

The terrific 2020 Saint-Romain Sous le Château mingles aromas of orange zest and crisp orchard fruit with hints of baking spices, pastry cream, white flowers and youthful reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and racy, with a bright spine of acidity and a long, chalky finish, it's a weightless, ethereal white Burgundy of real class and distinction.  William Kelley 92+

Pale clear fresh colour. There is a bit of oak and reduction on the nose, bacon style, then cleaner and clearer on the palate, excellent length, juicy and pleasing. Still needs a moment to settle down.  Jasper Morris 90-92
