Scents of citrus oil, peach, honeycomb and flowers preface the 2019 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, a full-bodied, layered and concentrated wine that's rich and satiny, with an ample core of fruit and a somewhat heady, oak-inflected finish. While it possesses plenty of weight and substance, it isn't my favorite grand cru bottling chez Servin this year. I suspect, however, that it will calm down with bottle age. William Kelley 91
