Notes:

A more deeply pitched nose speaks of poached plum, black raspberry, newly turned earth and a whiff of wood toast. While the middle weight flavors are not quite as dense, they do possess both excellent energy and definition, all wrapped in a mildly austere and rustic finish that exhibits very good depth and persistence. Once again, this is a quality villages and worth considering. Burghound 89-91 Outstanding!
