There is both good concentration and vibrancy to the gorgeously textured medium-bodied flavors that possess a sophisticated mouthfeel that carries over to the sleek, complex and saline suffused finish. The 2019 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru has a well-defined, quite intense bouquet of gorgeous orchard fruit mixed with flint and light smoky aromas. The lightly spiced palate is very well balanced, offering veins of orange zest and lemon peel and good matière and persistence on the finish. Now this is a Grand Vin. Bravo! Neal Martin 94
