Notes:
There is a background touch of the exotic suffusing the ripe yet cool and pure white and yellow orchard fruit aromas that are laced with notes of various citrus elements and mineral reduction. The palate impression of energetic and almost delicate flavors is rich but wonderfully refined, all wrapped in delicious and impressively long finish where a hint of bitter lemon appears. This isn't especially dense but it appears to have the necessary stuff to reward a decade of cellaring. Burghound 91-93
