Notes:

Mingling notes of pear and citrus oil with hints of honeycomb and white flowers, the 2018 Chablis 1er Cru Séchets is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and incisive, with fine depth at the core, racy acids and a long, mineral finish. This has turned out very well once again.  William Kelley 92
