Notes:

From century-old vines on the Solutré side of Vergisson, the 2017 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Courtelong has a slightly richer nose than the domaine’s other 2017s, featuring brioche-infused citrus fruit, dandelion, honeysuckle and crushed stone. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity and an almost viscous texture toward the finish (oddly, I can imagine this partnering a 24-month Comté with style).
