The 2017 Pouilly-Fuissé Clos Sur La Roche is Saumaize-Michelin’s flagship cuvée. It boasts riveting complexity on the nose of white peach, honeysuckle, crushed gravel and a faint hazelnut aroma. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, showing real tension from start to finish. The saline finish is bursting with energy.
