“Here too there is a hint of the exotic to the fresh aromas of sea breeze, petrol and citrus-scented nose. In the same fashion as the Petit Chablis, the medium weight flavors are quite generously proportioned, saline and dry finale that is sufficiently structured to suggest a maturity curve of 4 to 7 years.” (October, 2018)

“The 2017 Chablis comes from three parcels, one by Chapelots with small yields, one in La Pargue and one in front of Vaillons from 80-year old vines. It has an elegant bouquet with yellow flowers, citrus lemon and light chalky scents that open nicely in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a captivating linearity and focus, very taut with a saline finish that gets that old saliva flowing.” (August, 2018)
