"The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers is lovely, wafting from the glass with notes of apple, white flowers, pear and subtle hazelnut cream. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and elegant, with a giving, open-knit profile but tangy underlying acids and a stony finish.
