Rue de Chaux is located in the bullseye of NSG and perhaps the most quintessential among Chezeaux’s premier crus in the appellation. Usually a more brooding and rugged wine, this vintage sees the wine’s elegance take center stage while maintaining all its stately power. We were knocked out by the explosive aromas of dark fruits and an enchanting savory-spice perfume. Lots of layered flavor on the palate and ready to drink. An absolute steal in the category!
