The 2017 Chablis Valmur Grand Cru was more reduced and backward than its peers when I tasted it at the winery. The richness and sensuality of the wine is represented in the mouth, rounded in texture with hints of acacia honey and stem ginger, perhaps just needing a little more precision on the finish. Good potential but this might need longer in bottle than its siblings. Vinous/Neal Martin 92-95
